Assign users by adding the ClientGenie extension manager information to the user‘s notes.ini
1. Creation of an explicit policy (type desktop)
Use the tab "Policy Assigment" to activate the policy for users or groups. This can be modified later and left empty during the creation of the policy. Use the new button below at the settings type "Desktop" to create a new settings document.
Give the new "Desktop Settings" document a title:
Open the last tab "Custom Settings“:
Define the new notes.ini parameter with „Edit List:
Use „Add/Modify Value" to set the value
Safe the document. In the policy document select the setting.
Safe the new policy and assign it to your users.
